Hi there loves,
How are you doing during these times? It’s been a while since I last updated my blog and social media. This was due to various facts. The main reason was that I had no idea what to post while all the difficult situations where unfolding. Additionally, I was dealing with personal anxiety issues that writing a positive blog-post was not on my priority list.
It has been a difficult past 4 months however, it is possible to improve. I personally have improved myself quite a bit since then. I managed to do some positive changes in my lifestyle. Right now I’m doing better so I thought I would start sharing blog-post with you again. I hope you are doing okay, if not hang in there and I hope you can also find your tranquility.

For me personally it has been a rollercoaster these past 4 months. I’ve had amazing days of happiness and other days I just wanted to stay asleep but these are just part of our personal journey that we need to experience in order to grow. A quote I have seen and that remained with me is: “There are no flowers without rain.” – Unknown. I have no idea who this quote belongs to but it has made a difference on how I view certain things. That is why I wanted to remind you today, to love yourself, be kind to yourself and try to understand yourself. Try and put yourself first, work on you and then concur the world one day at the time.
Things I have improved on:
- I do my best work out on regular basis
- I learned to eat healthier
- I journal when I feel down or when I feel like I need to
- I try to talk to a trusted person when I feel like I can’t deal with the situation
- I try to rest when needed
- I don’t judge myself
These are just some small steps I try to take day by day to try and improve myself. I don’t complete them every day and sometimes I do the opposite however, I try to go back and try to improve again because I’m working on myself, I’m not done yet. I’m aware that allot of work has still to be done but I take it one day at the time. Maybe you can start by trying one thing and then slowly improve yourself, This is not an easy process to go trough however, it can help your mental health if you need help with this. This is something we all experience different and need to work on ourselves differently. This is why I like to share my experience in order to show you that we are all different but we can also feel the same way sometimes. I would also like to remind you that sometimes we don’t feel better or we can also start to feel worse at days and not a single drop of positivity will remain or will exist but hold on to your faith, it will get better.
