Positivism Wednesday #4

Hi there love,

It’s Wednesday! Time for another positivism post! However, I’m very sad because it will be the last one for Positivism Wednesday. I really enjoyed writing these posts for you. It was fun and interesting really searching for the quote I wanted to learn from and apply it to my life. I was thinking very hard on the post for today, for days. This post has to be a strong one to finish my positivism series. While searching, I found the perfect one that resonates perfectly with my life at the moment that it couldn’t be any better! It made me so happy and exited to write this post. So let’s get to it.

*This was a quote is from Mahatma Gandhi, taken from the book Inspirational Meditations.

We must become the change we want to see (Mahatma Gandhi) a quote that speaks to me in every way possible. Change such a big and scary word, right? Well it doesn’t have to be. A change can be some so small to something big however every change matters. When we want to better ourselves, when we reflect and when we desire to become a different person CHANGE is necessary.

I was wishing and dreaming on changing my lifestyle for so long. But nothing ever seemed to work out. I just went from one illness to another. To be honest I started to get angry at my body until I realized that I needed a change and that this will help me much more than getting angry at myself. This is something that was not entirely in my hands but with one small Change I could turn the situation from a negative to a positive one. And the change was my perspective. I changed how I saw my days, what I was grateful for and realizing how blessed I was. This has helped me to overcome many health obstacles that at this moment I make sure I always stay grateful and change my perspective whenever I feel down. This was my first small change. Have you made small changes in your life?

Than came my lifestyle change that is getting me where I always wanted to be. Like I mentioned above I always dreamed on becoming a healthy person, connected with myself, loving myself and others and learn my place in this world. I know this seems like a huge change. It is and will continue to be hard reaching all these dreams however with changes they are more than possible. So, one day in January I started to make  changes and choose salads over junk-foods, fruits over candy, exercise over laziness and the most important of all learning. Learn how to love myself and others, learn to have more knowledge and learn subjects I love or that are my hobbies. Now I’m not dreaming anymore on that woman that I could become but I am changing to become that woman. I’m working very hard to see that woman in myself I always wanted to be. The feelings you get when you are working on these changes are amazing! Now that I started I don’t want to stop until I become the woman I have always dream of. Lately I have been feeling happier, more confident, inspired, motivated and hungry to learn more. I have never thought that I could become the person I always dream of on daily basis but now I’m exited to see to which person I will evolve. I’m still a work in progress.Have you dream of becoming someone? Have you made changes in your lifestyle in order to improve?

I hope you enjoyed today’s post! I hoped to have inspired you in any way possible. Thank you so much for all your support. This was my last Positivism Wednesday, maybe I will do another one in the future. Did you like these posts? Let me know what you think and I can also improve my posts. Have a blessed day all.
