Positivism Wednesday #3

Hi there love,

Wishing everyone an amazing and blessed Wednesday. How is your day going today? Not everyday we wake up happy, motivated and exited. Sometimes we wake up tired, sad or unmotivated. Does that mean we lost our chance to succeed that day? Absolutely not! We can change this to a better one by changing our mindset to a more positive one and pouring our hearts in what we do. I hope you can do this today!

*This was a quote is from Ralph Waldo Emerson, I found this in my book ‘Power of Simple Living’.

We are blessed to be able to wake up everyday in order to concur a new day. However, not all the 365 days of the year we are going to wake up with that energy so high, with that positivity in mind and motivation in heart. We can and have other feelings and these are valid too. Don’t beat yourself up for this, instead stay grounded and let these feelings flow. Allow yourself to feel what you are feeling at that moment. After this if you can change these feelings by changing your mindset and heart, do it. Maybe you needed to drink your coffee, talk to that person/friend, meditate or just go for a run. Every little thing we can do to change our day into a positive one, will make you feel amazing. And if this is not the case allow yourself to have a slower day, meditate why you are feeling this way and believe that tomorrow will be better. What we believe with our heart will become reality. Write as many positivity possible with your heart and make your days count. Don’t wait until Sunday to have yourself a pamper day or pampering night, don’t wait until Saturday to eat that one meal you’ll love to have and don’t wait until tomorrow to start living. Enjoy your days as much as you can & don’t forget about tomorrow. Like the quote says “Write in your heart that everyday is the best day of the year” |-Ralph Waldo Emerson|Live with your heart poured into your day and make it the best one for yourself.

Some quick & small tips

These are things I do to try and have positive days;

  • Try to get enough sleep
  • Avoid cellphones and social media in the morning
  • Make my bed
  • Sometimes I like to allow myself to have that drink or breakfast that is not that healthy
  • Write my to do list the night before
  • Work out
  • Simply listen to music

I hope you liked today’s Positivism Wednesday. I tried and change things up a bit by sharing some small things I do to write a more positive day. What do you like to do to have a more positive day ahead? Share these so we can all try new things as well! Feel free to let me know what you think about this post and Positivism Wednesday.

Have a great, blessed and positive mid-week everyone!
