Happy Wednesday to you all! What are you doing this Wednesday to make your heart happy? I’m gonna make myself a cup of coffee, journal and get the body moving. Also I love to make myself up and add that red liptick I love! This makes me feel empowered and feeling motivated like I can do anything. What motivates you?

Mondays, what a day to get motivated to start the week. When we want to start something or get motivated we say “We will do it on MONDAY” And if we don’t we say we have another Monday anyways. Don’t do that! Remember that if you want to accomplish something you CAN! Even if it’s not Monday. This mid week, are you feeling down? Re-evaluat what you can do to accomplish your goals. Don’t be afraid to start again. Look into your feelings, take a break, do something different and than get back to working on your dreams. Find your way of motivating yourself, even if it’s simply a cup of coffee, a simple walk or just sit in silence. Find out what get your heart going and do it for you. Our happiness comes from doing the things we love the most. Just like the quote says “The Best Motivation comes from within.”
