Hi there love,
This is Mini Blogmas #1
I’m exited to start with this years Christmas decorations Inspiration. Most of the time, when looking for Inspiration I go to Pinterest or to local shops. This year I have noticed that the colors red, green, silver & gold are the most used ones in decorations. Different places I have visited included these colors. The funny part is that these are the colors my family chose to put in our Christmas tree this year. For me these are the traditional Christmas colors. When seeing these colors combined together it would always remind me of Christmas especially red and green. What colors did you choose this year?
Around the house we also kept the idea of “Traditional Christmas Colors” so we kept it to red, green, silver and gold. Incorporating it with snowman’s, Santa Claus and a variety of characters which makes it a lot more fun.
Another thing I have noticed this year is that “SPARKLE & GLITTER” are definitely in. In decorations, clothes, shoes, accessories and more. Everything is GLITTER & SPARKLE. I’m not a person who loves the glitter aftermath but I definitely included some in decorations, clothes and shoes this year.
For my room I kept the color scheme pretty simple this year. I chose rose-pink, white, silver, gold and grey. Of course I had to include some black as accent color. I has it somewhat like this last year but I enjoyed these colors so much I decided to use them these year as well however I included some glitter gold and silver and it made it so much better.
A decoration essential I must have during Christmas are fairy-lights! Like all year around. I love the vibe fairy lights create around the room. Around Christmas time I try and decorate everywhere with lights and my room is no different that is why I always opt for the batteries operated ones. When hanging around in my room I always fall asleep that is the main reason I opt for batteries operated ones. Do you also love fairy lights?
I hope you liked this year decoration inspiration post. I included another twist this year by sharing what I personally am using and what I have seen instead of just sharing decoration inspirations.
Here are some more inspirations that stood up to me this year on Pinterest
