My reading list // 2nd half of 2018

Hey there love,

Welcome to my blog, Today I bring you the 5 books on my reading list for the 2nd half of 2018. This year a goal of mine was to start reading more, to be able to learn more and that is what I did at the beginning of the year. I sat down wrote 12 titles of the books I wanted to read this year, so ONE book per MONTH but guess what! I have not even finished the first book I started. So that is why I decided to pick the top 5 from this list, this seems much more realistic that the 12th one. I’m not saying that I won’t reach that but for now I’m sticking to the first 5 books.

Since last year I decided to live more positively that the books I want to read reach more to being positive or teaching the reader something. That is why I am sharing this with you today! I hope you find this interesting and which book have you read in 2018 that impacted you or that you loved? Share this in the comment so I can find more books to look into.

The list:

Milk and Honey

For what I read, this book is about different situations and perspectives that a person can have or deal with. I think is very interesting book, by just searching the goal of this book I immediately wanted to go buy it and I think everyone can learn something from it! This is why I definitely want to read this book. The most beautiful part is that I got this book as a gift for my birthday this year. It has been sitting on my shelf because I wanted to write this blogpost before going into it.

In my opinion the name says a lot about the book already. I love to read books that inspires me to continue with different projects going on in my life. This seems the perfect book for that! Also, I have read all good reviews about this book which made it a must read!

The four agreements

Speaking about life and experiences the four agreements is definitely a book to read. Called the ‘Wisdom Book’ the four agreements is filled with lessons to improve your daily life and to create a better positive version of yourself. Like I said before I love these types of books.

The life changing magic of tiding up

This must be a well know book, for many living the minimalism lifestyle or by others interested in this lifestyle. I would even say that this book increased the interest in living minimal. Even though it has been about one year that I decided to start living minimal, I did not want to buy this book immediately because I wanted to learn about minimalism first. After one year I think it’s more than enough, I have learned enough! Now it’s the book I want to read.

You’re a badass

This book claims to help the readers to stop doubting their greatness and help them start living their life awesomely. What other would you want from a book? Well I love being able to learn something positive from a book. Also, that beautiful yellow color on the cover? Yes that definitely also captured my attention! I love colorful covered books even though I believe in the saying ‘Don’t judge the book by its cover’.

Have you read one of these already? Let me know your opinion.
